The Knoll is a house with a garden suitable for development. The location is Bromley, Kent, just south of London. The house was developed and first sold in 1906, and the area has grown from open fields to suburb. Transport links have grown from farm tracks to railway lines to London Victoria and Blackfriars, and on as far as Bedford. The other way links to Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and the Kent Coast. The local town is Bromley, with several local bus routes. The local main road is now the A21 from London to the coast. We also have a local airport.
